Seroquel contraindicationsSeroquel is contraindicated if you have any of the following conditions:
- If you are having problems with your vision;
- if you are over 65, or have epilepsy or Alzheimer's disease;
- If you are prone to low blood pressure;
- if you have a circulation problems;
- if you have a heart disease;
- if you have a heart failure;
- if you have a history of heart attack;
- if you have a irregular heartbeat;
- If you have an allergic reaction to Seroquel;
Seroquel interactionsDo not take Seroquel with any of the following drugs:
- Thioridazine (mellaril);
- Steroid medications such as hydrocortisone and prednisone;
- Rifampin (rifadin, rifamate, rimactane);
- Phenytoin (dilantin);
- Lorazepam (ativan);
- Levodopa (laradopa, sinemet);
- Ketoconazole (nizoral);
- Itraconazole (sporanox);
- Fluconazole (diflucan);
- Erythromycin (eryc, ery-tab);
- Cimetidine (tagamet);
- Carbamazepine (tegretol);
- Barbiturates such as phenobarbital;
Seroquel overdoseSymptoms of Seroquel overdose may include:
- Rapid heartbeat;
- Fainting;
- Drowsiness;
- Dizziness;
